Other Criteria
- It is required to have taken Core Mathematics as one of your graduation subjects. Business and Applied Mathematics will not be counted toward graduation as Core Mathematics. Between 10th and graduation, a maximum of three years of academic gap is permitted.
- Graduation does not allow for any gaps. Graduation should take no more than three years.
- Only in the 10th, 12th, and Graduation recognized by the Central/State Governments of India should education be full-time.
- At the time of the selection process, all arrears and backlogs must be cleared.
- If you have a passport from another country, you must be an Indian citizen or have a PIO or OCI card.
- Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate
- Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.

Stipend:
- 1st year STIPEND: 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of 75k
- 2nd year STIPEND – INR 17,000 +533 (ESI)
- 3rd year STIPEND – INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
- 4th Year: INR 23,000
Post the completion of the program, the designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from INR 6,00,000 p.a onwards depending on performance.
