Detailed Eligibility:
- Discipline & Courses: Students with a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc degree from a recognised institution or college are qualified.
- 2020 and 2021 are the years in which the bill will be passed.
- Percentage: In each of the Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation examinations, a minimum aggregate (all courses in all semesters) mark of 60% or 6 CGPA is required.
- Highest Qualification: Students must have completed their schooling within the timeframe allotted for the programme (i.e. no extended education)
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: There should be no pending backlogs for students.
- Education Gap / Break: If there are any gaps in your schooling, you must declare them. Between the highest qualification and the end of the academic gap, there should be no more than 24 months. Gaps in schooling will be examined using relevant document proof, if available.
- Types of Courses: Only full-time courses will be considered; part-time and correspondence courses will not. Students who have completed NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Secondary and/or Senior Secondary courses are also eligible.Students with up to two years of prior work experience are eligible to apply for the TCS Off Campus Hiring Process.
- To participate in the TCS Off Campus Hiring procedure, students must be between the ages of 18 and 28.
Test details:
The test consists of following sections that have to be answered in 180 minutes.
It comprises the following sections:
- Numerical Ability-40 Mins
- Verbal Ability-30 mins
- Reasoning Ability-50 mins
- Programming Logic-15 mins
- Coding section-45 mins

- 2 year full-time MBA/MMS/ PGDBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, and Project Management.
Minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) grades of 60% or higher in each of Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and/or Post Graduation examinations, including successful completion of final year/semester. - Prior to MBA / Integrated MBA, a B. TECH / B.E. background is required.
- Students from the graduating classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022 are eligible.
Age: The minimum and maximum ages should be 18 and 28 years, respectively.
Work Experience: Any previous work experience will be taken into account if it is relevant to the employment role/profile. - Backlogs: At the time of the TCS Selection process, students should not have any backlogs.
Students should not have any extended education as part of their highest certification.
The entire academic gap should not be more than two years. - Students must declare any educational gaps they may have. If this is the case, students should present valid arguments backed up by documentation.
Students should have completed only regular/ full-time schooling. Students who have finished an NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course are also eligible to apply if the previous courses are full-time.
The test consists of 47 questions that have to be answered in 90 minutes.
It comprises the following sections:
- Verbal Aptitude (7 Questions)
- Quantitative Aptitude (20 Questions)
- Business Aptitude (20 Questions)

Detailed Eligibility:
- Discipline and Courses: Full-time BCA, B.Sc (Math, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, IT), and B. Voc in CS / IT graduates from the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 are eligible. If they have a full-time graduation percentage, students from NIOS (Std. X and Std. XII) can also participate in the test. Students in the X, XII, and above-mentioned graduating programmes should have a CGPA of 5 or 50% throughout their academic careers.
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT for YoP 2022: At the time of the exam, only students from the Year of Passing 2022 are permitted to have one active backlog. To be eligible for TCS Smart Hiring, this backlog must be cleared within the timeframe specified. Students who passed in the years 2021 and 2020 should have completed the course with no outstanding debts.
- Gaps/Breaks in Education: Students must declare any gaps or breaks in their education.
