Detailed Eligibility :

Any BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA graduate with strong analytical and coding abilities is eligible.
Graduation Year – 2019/2020/2021

Skills Required:

Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, and Operating Systems are examples of core computer science concepts.
Familiarity with C, Java, or Python programming Familiarity with web development (HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc.)
Skills in Logical Reasoning
Have a strong drive to learn new technology quickly
Adaptability to changing work environment requirements

Application Process :

Candidates will be shortlisted for the written test based on their submissions, and they will be notified by email/sms by November 9, 2021.
Candidates who have been shortlisted should go to https://itcareers.medplusindia.com/job-openings and indicate that they will be taking the test. Reconfirmation must be completed by November 14th, 21st.
On the 17th and 21st of November, hall tickets will be distributed. Only those who have self-reconfirmed after being shortlisted will be issued with hall tickets.
Selected/wait-listed candidates will be notified through email/sms based on their exam performance.
We won’t be able to send individual regret emails to those who didn’t make the cut.

Evaluation Process for Medplus off campus :

Round 1

Section A: Multiple-choice questions covering general aptitude, logical, and numerical abilities, as well as core computer science and programming concepts such as Bitwise operators, Operating System concepts, Data Structures, String manipulation, OOPS, database fundamentals, SQL, and web technologies fundamentals.
Section B: Coding test, which consists of 2-3 problems for which code is required.
To be considered for selection, a candidate must meet the cut-off criteria for both Section A and Section B.

Round 2 (in-person or online)

HR Assessment

SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH EMAIL

Compensation Details :

Starting salary of Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum, plus a retention incentive of Rs 50,000 per annum.
The Rs 50,000 per year retention incentive would be accrued and distributed as a lump-sum payment (Rs 1,50,000) at the end of the third year with the company.
From the end of the first year onwards, all selected applicants will be eligible for annual performance evaluations and appropriate wage increases.
There will be a two-year servicing agreement with the corporation.
