Roles and Responsibilities:
- Using CS best practises and Products as a medium, assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
- Resolve and correct software and technical issues for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- In order to resolve technological issues, gather the relevant information.
- To improve efficiency and productivity, automate repetitive processes.
- Manage internal and external expectations for issue resolution response times, and keep track of time, progress, goals, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with members of the Engineering and Support teams to effectively handle customer requirements and escalate when necessary.
- When necessary, collaborate with members of the development team on various strategic projects.
- Work closely with teams in the United States (St. Louis, California, others)
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate task list that is visible to project management and other project participants.
