Eligibility: The UPPSC will recruit 271 Assistant Engineers and 10 Assistant Engineer via special recruitment. Candidates with BE or BTech or equivalent engineering degrees in related streams can apply for the position. The candidates applying will have to be between the ages of 21 and 40 years.

- Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribe – Exam fee Rs. 80/- + On-line Caste processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs.105/-
- Handicapped – Exam fee NIL+ On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total =Rs. 25/-
