Freshers from the 2022 class – B.E/B.Tech/MCA grads are invited to participate in the Sopra Steria Off Campus Drive 2022.

MCA-2022 or B.Tech/B.Engg(CS/IT/EC) Only >=70% of the class in grades X and XII, and a minimum of 60% in graduation (all semesters including optional subjects)
There are no active backlogs.
There should be no more than a two-year break in one’s academic career.
36-month service agreement at INR 2 lakh
Joining Date: July-August 2022
Timings for work shifts: Work in shifts and on a hybrid basis as necessary.

Job Description:

Completing all of the supervisor’s tasks and aiding where possible.
Observing and suggesting improvements to existing strategies and techniques.
Collecting data and conducting research
Visiting other locations and obtaining practical experience in new work environments.
Working closely with employees to instil professional ideals and establish positive working relationships.
At all times, health and safety regulations must be followed.
Attending meetings and workshops is an important part of my job.
During the traineeship, submitting to all forms of evaluation.
Creating reports and giving presentations to colleagues and other stakeholders.

Selection Process (No. of Rounds)

Aptitude and technical tests are available online.
Selected candidates will get a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a technical interview and an HR interview.
