Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed the Plus-two Exam.
- The candidates must have a certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (one-year course) from any institution authorised by the Director of Medical Education, as well as a good body, good vision, and the ability to work outside.

TN MRB Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
- Candidates will be selected for the post of Field Assistant based on their academic and technical qualification(s) and satisfaction of the qualification and other conditions stipulated in this Notification, as well as the rules of reservation and communal rotation issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- For this position, there will be no oral examination (interview).
Weightage of marks:
- Certificate (CMLT – One year) : 50%
- HSC /P.U.C : 30%
- SSLC / 10th : 20%
