Detailed Eligibility:
- Should be a graduate (any graduate is okay).
- Should be passionate about sales.
Things which will make you immediately stand out :
- Communication is effective, and witnesses are available quickly.
- Should be a very active and enthusiastic person.
- A strong interest in education and mentoring kids is required.
- Prior sales and business development expertise is a plus.
- Interpersonal and presenting abilities are strong.
Probation Period : 2 Months
- During the probationary term, the CTC is 5LPA (3 Fixed + 2 Variable).
- After probation, CTC is 10 LPA (7 Fixed + 3 Variable).
Bonus and other benefits :
- You can earn upto 3 Lakh in your incentives.
- 300 best performers for each quarter (every 3 months) are taken on a 5 days fully paid international trip.
- You will have weekly targets to achieve, consistent failure to achieve them will obviously result in job cancellation, thats not a surprise. Go big or go Home! (to be honest its easy)
