  1. You have to sleep at least 7 hour a day :- To be healthy you have to take proper sleep i.e approx 7 hour. It is as necessary for the body as the healthy Foods. If you don’t take proper sleep may be you can suffer along with mental problem. proper sleep helps you to make your memory sharp and life long.
  2. Do Prayer , Meditation and Yoga : After taking a good sleep when you woke up, You have to pray to god then after meditation and yoga respectively. you have noticed that when you woke up, there’s a long list of allot of works, that you complete this day. If you do such spiritual activities your mind will not deflected.
  3. Do exercise : Exercise is also necessary. Body will be strong if you do exercise regularly. According to a survey of Center of Disease Control National Health, 1/3rd person of America under the age group of 25-64 male/female do exercise regularly. It will increase your productivity.
  4. Take at least 30 Gram Protein : To be energetic across the whole day you have to be take protein in your breakfast. a professor of University of Illinois give suggestion to take at least 30 gram protein in your break fast.
  5. Take bath with Cold Water : Take bath with cold water in the morning. It will reduce the depression and increase the confidence level.
  6. Listen music which increase the confidence level : In morning you should have to listen music approx 15-20 minute which will keep you fresh. Read good books.
  7. Analyse the struggle of life : Write your short term or long term goal inside a notebook and analyse it. It will help you to achieve your goal. Achievement of goal is basically a science.
  8. work on your long term goal : Along with the daily work you have to work on a long term big goal, don’t let be left it along with some excuse. All the above things make your life easier i.e 8 things every person do before 8 a.m.
