JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing with automated tests for the validation of software validation by testing of environment, designing test plans, developing testcases/scenarios/usage cases, and to help and detect in the process of execution to the various types of cases.
- Debug any type of inconvenience and issues and ready the file defect reports and report test progress.
- Absolutely devoid of rejection / slip of delivered work products and within the Wipro / Customer SLA’s and norms
- Prepare the designs and routine release of test status dashboard at the end of every cycle test execution to the stake holders
- Focusing on the people’s opinion in usability and serviceability, which helps to bring out the result to proper risk and reporting done previously concerned stakeholders
NECESSARY SKILLS:
- Making sure of proper quality of interaction within dealer and customer through e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
- Timely and routine delivery of – WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository
- Regular updates of accurate efforts in e Cube, TMS and other project related trackers
- Timely Response to precise requests and no types of complaints either internally or externally
