Who can participate?
- Walmart CodeHers 2022 is open to female students across all engineering colleges in India who are pursuing the following degrees in circuit branches (ECE, EE, EEE, IT, CS):
- BE/B.Tech. full-time programs – Batch of 2022 and 2023 (1st and 2nd-year students are not eligible to apply)
- Dual degree full-time program – Batch of 2022 and 2023 (1st/2nd/3rd-year students are not eligible to apply)
- ME/M.Tech. full-time programs – Batch of 2022 (1st-year students are not eligible to apply)
- Only candidates with a 7+ CGPA are eligible to apply. Any student not meeting this mark will be disqualified

Walmart CodeHers 2022: Stages and Timelines
- Level 1 – Candidates must answer 25 questions in a set amount of time on topics such as C, Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Object-Oriented Programming, and other Computer Science fundamentals. The test is only available on a desktop or laptop computer. (March 22, 5:00 p.m. IST – March 22, 9:00 p.m. IST)
- Shortlisted participants will have 90 minutes to provide logical code solutions to two problem statements in Level 2 of the Coding Challenge. (March 22, 5:00 p.m. IST – March 22, 9:00 p.m. IST)
- Candidates who have completed both rounds (Quiz and Coding Challenge) and received non-zero scores in both will be considered for the following round’s shortlist.
- All top coders who have been shortlisted will be notified about our upcoming interview process, which will begin the first week of April 2022.
Rewards
- A cash reward of $30,000 will be awarded to the top 30 pupils.
- Walmart Global Tech India will conduct Pre-Placement Interviews and interview top coders for Software positions.
- Our software engineering salaries vary from 23 to 25 lakhs, with a joining bonus of 2.5 to 5 lakhs and stock awards of up to 5 lakhs.
- All students who successfully complete our interview process will get fantastic goodie bags.
