Tech Mahindra plans to hire Associate Software Engineers for the 2020/2021 batch of B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc graduates.

Detailed Eligibility criteria:
- BE/B.Tech-CS/CE/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc-CS/CE/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics (Computer Science)
- Candidate must have completed a qualifying course in 2020/21 with no backlog and be in possession of a Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Should have a minimum of 60% (without rounding up) in SCC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma (if done), and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in BE/ (Computer Science).
- There should be no more than a one-year delay between SSC and enrolling in a course. That is, there will be no academic year lost as a result of enrolling in a course.
The selection procedure is as follows:
- Shortlisted candidates from the registration list will be invited to participate in an aptitude test, an English essay/story, a technical interview, and an HR interview, with each of these serving as a filter for the next stage of the selection process.
- Candidates with OCP, MCP, AWS, RPA, SAP, Coursera (in credit mode), edX (in credit mode), and other certifications will be given priority.
Location of the test and interview:
Candidates who match the eligibility requirements will receive an invitation to take a virtual and proctored online test from the email address admin.mettl@mercer.com in about 1- 2 weeks from the date of registration. Please also check your Junk/Spam folders.
Compensation and bond:
In terms of selection,
- With a CTC of INR 2.6 L/annum, the candidate will be on probation for three months.
- Candidate will be offered a CTC of IN 3.25 L/ year upon conclusion of probation.
- The candidate will be required to sign an indemnity bond for IN 1 L for a minimum of two years from the date of hire.
Note: During probation, the candidate will receive unit-specific classroom training, on-the-job training, and shadowing, as needed by the company.
Workplace and schedule:
Candidate must be willing to work at any of TechM’s Development Centers or Client Locations around the country, as well as shift work, as stipulated by the organisation.
