Detailed Eligibility:
- Female Technologists with a CGPA of 7 or above, graduating in 2022
- Streams include CSE, IT, ECE, EE, and EEE.
- There are no backlogs.
- Those who are new to the workforce or have no prior work experience
- CTC to be offered to Indian citizens: INR 8.25 LPA (7.5 LPA fixed plus 75 k variable) with a one-time relocation allowance of INR 1 lakh (if applicable)
Desired Competencies:
- Demonstrated capacity to think outside of the box, enabling innovation and automation
- Analyze business issues and assist in the development of technically advanced solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team to solve problems
- Knowledge of Algorithms, Data Structures, and OOPs ideas and frameworks is essential.
- Learner who is eager to pick up new skills and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Possessing an empowered mindset that allows you to ask questions and seek clarification
- Excellent communication abilities that allow for smooth interactions with coworkers all over the world
- Strong technological skills, including coding experience in any next-generation technology
- Agile techniques are well-known.

- Object-oriented programming (ideally in Java), microservices, and UI frameworks (Angular, React) are all examples of modern technologies.
