Role and Responsibilities:
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills: Business analysis will assist in extracting insights from consumer, sales, and other data sources, as well as providing data analysis, synthesis, and presentation support.
- Working understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- It is necessary to have a good understanding of databases and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Programming skills are excellent. It’s a plus if you’ve worked with Python or R before.
- Strong statistical knowledge and a methodical approach to issue solving
- Experience with both structured and unstructured data analytics settings and tools
- With a readiness to lead when necessary, this individual has a team player approach.
- Ability to work well in a team: This position would entail tight collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders across teams on a number of projects.
- Be self-motivated.
- Thorough and Meticulous: This role involves working with large amounts of data which are used to take critical decisions by our clients. Therefore, attention to detail, error spotting skill to ensure 100% accuracy of outputs are important qualities that we seek
