Job Role:
- Support sales procedures, including routine work surrounding Funnel Management, in collaboration with the Sales Ops team.
- Implement the strategy in collaboration with members of the IT and sales teams.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to find tried-and-true approaches.
- Incorporate industry-proven approaches for requirements analysis and system testing into normal work.
- As a configuration analyst, take part in deployment projects.
- Business requirements, process diagrams and flows, functional requirements, and data mapping all need to be documented.
- Maintain the salesforce app.

Qualifications:
- Salesforce administrator and platform app builder certifications are necessary, as well as a BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.
- CRM Tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, and others.
- Marketo is a marketing automation tool that I am familiar with.
