- Assist clients and IT teams by acting as a liaison.
- Dashboard creation and reporting activities
- Work with other important stakeholder teams, such as software, hardware, compliance, and remote desktop.
- Ensure that due diligence is performed on emails, client chat concerns, and ongoing customer assistance.
- Identify, upskill, and resolve issues with – a variety of client questions
- To fulfil deadlines or SLAs, prioritises and arranges own work.
- Work is generally self-directed and unprescribed, with only minimum supervision.
- Ascertain that system data is accurate and that internal system integrations are working appropriately.

Qualifications :
- Graduates of B.Com. and B.Sc.
- To provide global support, you must have a comprehensive awareness of the end-to-end customer experience following the hiring process.
- V-Lookup, H-Lookup, and Pivot Table proforma are examples of excel operations with various shortcut keys.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure function must be demonstrated.
- Strong coordination and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) abilities, both individually and as part of a team Strong communication and analytical skills.
