Responsibilites for Job:
- Perform daily data validation and assign and map set-top box (Return-Path) provider data to Nielsen data.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Reference return path applications, procedures, data, and SLAs.
- Provide internal client support and, when needed, communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide incident/problem management and resolution support at a secondary level, as well as short-term triage support.

Skills to be Preferred:
- Working knowledge/experience of broadcast, cable, and streaming television concepts in the United States.
- 0-1 year of experience, excellent written and spoken English skills
- Effective connections with stakeholders require strong interpersonal and organisational communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a US EST work shift and, if necessary, outside of regular business hours.
