NEERI Recruitment 2022 – CSIR – The National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) has released an online employment advertisement for Project Associate – I, Junior Research Fellow, and Scientific Administrative Assistant positions. For these posts, there are a total of ten openings to be filled. B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc/ BCCA/ BCA should be the educational qualification. The CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI) is an Indian government-funded research institute. It was founded in Nagpur in 1958 with an emphasis on water supply, sewage disposal, communicable diseases, and, to a lesser extent, industrial pollution and occupational ailments, all of which are prevalent in post-independence India. Educational Qualification:
Project Associate – I :
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Environmental Science or an equivalent degree from a reputable university ANDOR B.E./ B.Tech (Chemical/ Civil Engineering) or equivalent from recognised university AND extensive field survey and water sample collection, water quality analysis, water quality data compilation, data entry and data compilation, and project report preparationReview of the literature on water treatment and water supply systems Design, BoQ, and estimate preparation of water treatment systems, as well as compilation of papers for benchmarking of technologies connected to water treatment systems.
Junior Research Fellow:
- B.E./ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree from a recognised university with NET/ GATE qualification AND
- Review of the literature on water treatment and water treatment systems Design, BoQ, and estimate preparation of water treatment systems, creation of papers for benchmarking of technologies connected to water treatment systems, OR M.Sc (Chemistry / Environmental Science) or equivalent from a recognised university with NET/GATE qualified AND field visit for water sample collection and treatment plant evaluation
- Extensive field survey and collection of water samples, water quality analysis, water quality data compilation, data entry and data compilation, and project report preparation.
Scientific Administrative Assistant:
- BCCA/BCA or a recognised university’s equivalent
- MS-Office
- Software knowledge, such as AutoCAD, CorelDraw, and others.
- Compilation and entry of data
- Computer Operation Experience
- Reporting on Projects is a job that requires a lot of time and effort.
Upper Age Limit:
- Project Associate – I : 35 years
- Junior Research Fellow : 28 years
- Scientific Administrative Assistant : 50 years
