Educational Qualification:
- BCA-2022 & BSc (CS/IT/Electronics) Pass 60 percent of the time, or a CGPA of 6 or above, in 10th, 12th, and graduation. At the time of registration, there were no live backlogs.
- CTC & Stipend: 3LPA & 15k stipend for 3 months
- 2 yrs – 2 lakhs service agreement

Job Description:
- It is essential to be able to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Should have a basic understanding of the ITIL process and how to handle foreign clients over the phone and via email.
- For phone response, technical support, and customer service, meet established service level metrics.
- Provide end-user help desk support as well as Level 1/2 IT infrastructure and application support.
- In the Ticketing tool, log incidents/call tickets, and keep track of incoming customer ticket queues for assignment, follow-up, and resolution.
- Checklists for opening and closing the IT Service Desk should be followed and completed.
- Investigate and refresh your knowledge base for potential solutions.

- Install, troubleshoot, and configure MS Outlook Client, MS Office, Applications software, Antivirus software, Internet Explorer, and do basic network troubleshooting.
- To troubleshoot and fix end-user laptops and desktops, employ remote technologies such as Remote Desktop Support, Dame Ware/Bomgar, Team viewer, and others (optional).
- Candidates should be willing to operate in a 24*7 shift environment and give follow-up assistance to end-users to ensure that the Help Desk service has addressed their needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Candidates with a gap in their education of more than one year are ineligible for this drive.
