Educational Background:

70 percent and above in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and B. Tech/BE in the 2021 batch.
Graduate Engineer Trainee is the title given to someone who has completed a graduate engineering programme.
B.Tech/BE in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Software Engineering is the sole requirement.
PAN India is where you’ll be working (Training to start from Noida)

Description of the Position:

Six sigma projects are being implemented.
Working on Networking Hardware, Unix Servers, and Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain).
Assuring data centre availability in accordance with SLAs.
New technologies and design improvements are being implemented.
Patches/upgrades are applied to maintain the security level.
Building and maintaining the test environment is your responsibility.
Within SLA, independent troubleshooting is possible.
Customer escalations should be managed.
Determine a value-added avenue and offer a value-added summary.
Technical issues with Network/Server/Storage devices are troubleshooted.
Keep the information base up to date.
When necessary, upgrade the environment’s technical versions.
Participation in steering committee meetings on a monthly basis (as required).
Participate in monthly quality assurance audits.
