- Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication)
- Criteria for Eligibility: 60% or above across the board (in Xth, XIIth and B.Tech)
- Year of Batch/Passing Out: 2021 Pass-outs
Desired Candidate Profile
- Finoit is looking for people with good aptitude and logical reasoning skills, as well as a basic understanding of C, C++, Java, or other programming languages. Each successful candidate will be assigned a technology in one of Finoit’s domains, such as.NET, Java, Node.js, LAMP (PHP/Python), Angular, Android, iOS, and other Open Source Technologies.
Job Description
- Finoit is hiring software graduates with a B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science / IT/ ECE) degree for the 2021 batch. Trainee-Software Engineer is an open position. Shortlisted individuals will be able to join between April and July 2021, and Finoit will provide training in the domain of their choice.
Interview Process
(Online Test – Aptitude and Programming Round) First Round: 120 minutes
- Section 1: 20 questions – single choice – aptitude and logical reasoning – 30 minutes
- Section 2: Programming and Database – Single Choice – 10 Questions – 15 Minutes
- Section 3: Coding Round – 75 minutes – 2 questions
Salary and Training Information
- 6 month training period
- CTC – 3.8 Lacs Per Annum
- Designation – Trainee – Software Engineer
- [**NOTE: If exceptional performance is noted within the first 6 months of training, the LPA can be upgraded to 4.2 LPA.]
Service Agreement
- The candidate must sign a 2-year service agreement and submit a cheque for Rs. 1.50 Lacs as security against any breach of the service agreement at the time of joining.On successful completion of the service agreement period, i.e. 2 years of employment, the identical Cheque will be returned to the employee.
