Faculty Recruitment :- The ministry of petroleum Govt. of India set up an educational institute threw an act of Parliament i.e Rajeev Gandhi Institute of petroleum Technology, Jais Amethi, ( An institute of national Importance ). RGPTI have a center in Assam , in Shivasagar which offering three year diploma program in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Fire & safety engineering, Electronics Engineering. From this coming academic session online application are invited for the post of lecturer ( Faculty Recruitment ) level 10 in the various discipline.

Essential Minimum Qualification
- For technical discipline :- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in their respective subject with the First Class in either of the two at the time of selection.
- For the department of Science and Humanities :- Candidate have Master’s degree with First Class or equivalent in their relevant subject and must have valid score card of the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR with at least passing marks , or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET / SET.
