Candidate Profile Desired:
- Candidates must have graduated between 2020 and 2021.
- 55 percent and above in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and work night shifts in any place.
- Candidates must be available to start right away.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally. When combined with a good command of the English language,
- Be willing to sign a Service Level Agreement.
Desired abilities include:
- Should be able to communicate clearly and fluently in English.

- Computer literacy is required.

Description of the Position:
- Over the voice-based phone service, provide best-in-class customer care, problem resolution, and technical troubleshooting to client inquiries.
- Customers in the telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and technology industries can rely on us.
- Troubleshoot client problems with internet broadband, cable, DTH, modems, routers, and mobile phones, among other things.
- By resolving client issues on the first contact, you’ll be able to meet their
