Capgemini is holding an off-campus drive for B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA graduates from the 2019/2020 batch.
The eligibility requirements and application process are outlined below.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE / BTech, MCA (open for all branches for both BE and BTech)
- ME/MTech students must be solely from the fields of information technology, information science, and computer science, and must have received a 50 percent or higher in their diploma, graduation (over the course of eight semesters), and MCA (aggregate of 6 semesters)
- / M.Eng. / M.Tech.
- Candidates who graduated in 2019/2020 are eligible to apply.
- There should be no more than a one-year delay between academic milestone stages for the candidate.
- X, XII, Degree, and Post-Graduation are the academic milestone phases that are considered.
- There should be no gaps between academic milestones for the candidate.
- Candidates who took the XII exam twice would be considered if both marksheets are available.
- If a candidate chooses a degree after completing a diploma, there should be no gaps between the diploma and the degree.
- BE / BTech candidates should not have taken more than 4 years to complete.There should be no backlog when it is time to appear for the process.
- Must be willing to relocate to any Capgemini location, work in a variety of technologies, domains, and roles, and be willing to work in shifts if necessary.
- Should be willing to sign a Service Level Agreement when they join.
- Only those candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to the test assessment / selection procedure.
- The entire selection process, from the test to the interview, will be conducted entirely online.
