Selection Process for BEL Recruitment in 2021:
- Candidates must meet the qualifications outlined in the advertisement in order for their application to be considered. Based on the aggregate percentage acquired in BE/B.Tech and job experience, a merit list will be generated as follows:
- The aggregate marks in BE/B.Tech will receive 75% of the marks, while relevant work experience will receive 10% of the marks. (2.5 points for the minimum required work experience, plus 1.25 points for every additional 6 months of relevant experience, up to a maximum of ten points) Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on the above criteria, with an interview weighting of 1:5.15 percent.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment in 2021:
- Interviews will be used to make the final decision (video based). Candidates who match the eligibility criteria in terms of required educational qualifications and experience will be given the following weighting:

| % of marks earned in an essential educational qualification (CGPA score shall be converted into percentage of marks) | 75% |
| Candidates who match the fundamental eligibility criteria, such as relevant work experience, will receive 2.5 points. 1.25 points will be awarded for every six months of relevant job experience completed. This criterion has a maximum score limit of ten points. | 10% |
