Qualification:
- Students from the BCA 2021 Batch
- 2021 is the year of passing.
- Percentage criterion: must have a cumulative grade point average of 60% in academics (10th-60 percent , 12th -60 percent & BCA-60 percent )
- Joined in the last week of January 22nd (Note- The date of joining is tentative as there could be some anticipated delay during the hiring process)
Job Description / Required Qualifications:
- Compute administration is a strong suit. Solid knowledge of storage and virtualization
- Excellent team player Knowledge of the ITIL Framework Demonstrates a willingness to learn new technologies
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure
- Ability to solve technical problems correctly and on time. Writes technical documents/emails (audience: peers and immediate manager)
- Should be able to describe one’s own work in client/colleague communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent client service
- Analytical abilities and Contributor who is innovative and unique.
Process of selection:
The following will be part of the overall hiring process. The details of the test structure, as well as the dates, would be released soon.
- Step 1: Persistent Qualifier Test- Objective + Subjective
- Step 2: Persistent Technical + HR Assessment
- Step 3: Offer Roll out
- Step 4: Tentative Date of Joining- Immediate in Jan ‘22
Remuneration:
- The first year Trainees are paid between INR 16000 and INR 18000 per month.
- Salary for the Second Year: INR 2.66 LPA Associate Software Developer
This post anticipates that selected individuals will work in a rotational shift Arrangement and shift allowance will be paid to selected candidates.
