To provide customer satisfaction by providing professional engineering and support services in accordance with organisational commitments, as well as to maximise the value and profitability of our service business while ensuring its long-term viability.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform the day-to-day functions of service-related occupations and to address difficulties in the assigned territory/customer in the region.
- When necessary, conduct a complete and professional tool service at the customer’s location.
- Diagnose all Atlas Copco power tool products for problematic or inefficient performance and take appropriate steps to correct it.
Skills Required:
- With at least 0-1 years of experience in an engineering context, you should have good engineering abilities.
- A great level of adaptability.
- Ability to establish and maintain good and productive working relationships with clients and coworkers
- Motivated by oneself
- Ability to operate both independently and in a group
