CTC:
- CTC of INR 3.00 lacs (includes 12 percent variable component which will be paid as a lumpsum in April every year)
Job Description – Voice and Non-Voice:
- Managing and comprehending clients’ expectations in order to build long-term relationships.
- To achieve client satisfaction, identify and assess their demands.
- Through open and participatory communication, build long-term connections and trust with customer accounts.
- Follow all communication processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Engage with customers to the fullest extent possible.
- Telephony etiquette is very important (verbal & active listening skills)
- Customer focus and the ability to adapt/respond to a variety of changes
- Communication abilities are exceptional.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and successfully manage time
- To attain client happiness, you must first identify and assess their demands.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and flexible
- Candidates that are proficient in Internet applications, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel will have an advantage.
- Willing to work in a variety of time zones and hours, including late shifts
- Quality and compliance criteria are followed.
- Ability to make quick choices and reply to enquiries from customers
- Ability to work in a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week setting
