Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Mechanical Engineering/Mining Engineering/Graduate/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma/ MBA/ MSW/ MA with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Management/ Organizational Development/ HRD/ Labour Welfare or equivalent. OR
  • Masters Degree in Life Sciences like Zoology/ Botany/ Forestry/ Environmental Science/ Ecology/ Natural Resource Management/ Ecology & Environment/ Ecology & Biodiversity Or Ph.D in the fields mentioned above. OR
  • Masters degree in Social Welfare/ Sociology/Economics/Environmental Economics or Rural Development and Management – Rural Economics/Economic Sociology/ Demographic Studies or MBA (Rural Management) or 2 years PG Diploma in Sociology.

Deputy Manager:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering/Civil Engineering/Masters degree. OR
  • PG Degree/ PG Diploma (2 Years duration course) / MBA/ MSW/ MA with specialization in HRM/ Personnel
    Management/ IR/ Labour Management/ Organizatonal Development/ HRD/ Labour Welfare or equivalent

Manager:

  • Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering. OR
  • PG Degree/ PG Diploma (2 Years duration course) / MBA / MSW/ MA with specialization in HRM / Personnel Management / IR / Labour Management / Organizatonal Development / HRD / Labour Welfare or equivalent

Age Limit :

  • E1 – 30 Years
  • E2 – 32 Years
  • E3 – 36 Years
  • E4 – 40 Years
  • E5 – 44 Years
  • E6 – 47 Years
  • E7 – 52 Years

Upper Age Limit is relaxed by:

  • For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
  • For SC / ST – 5 Years
  • Persons with Disabilities candidate: 10 Years for General (UR)/ 13 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/ 15 Years for SC / ST
