Job Description:
- ION software installation, deployment, and configuration on Amazon VMs.
- Make load balancing devices. Install the ION software on CentOS virtual machines.
- Troubleshoot Infor product integration issues with ION.
- To resolve customer concerns, collaborate with customers, internal ICS, and support teams.
- Reduce the turnaround time by working ahead of time. Assist with SAAS administration.
- Java, J2EE, Amazon VM creations, ELBs, S3 and SQS, and native SQL database expertise.
- Using Wireshark to troubleshoot difficulties, debugging skills
