Order Fulfilment & Billing (both fresh season and in-season replenishment) :
- In the SCM/Warehouse report, check the stock.
- Working with the billing team (Customer Service) to ensure timely billing.
- Coordination with the Adisports warehouse team for on-time in-warding and ensuring that it reflects in the front end inventory to ensure that it goes live on time.

HLD / Campaign Content Management & Tracking :
- Make a monthly launch calendar and distribute it to the entire team.
- Organizing the photoshoot with the photoshoot agencies
- Assuring that the photographs and content material are ready far ahead of the launch
- Ensure that billing, in-wards, pictures, and content for planned launches are completed at least a week ahead of time.
Skills Required:
- Advance excel
- Data analysis
- Coordination/Stakeholder management (SCM, CTC, Customer Service and Ecom Business team)
