President Kovind will arrive in Kerala today on a four-day visit.

President Ram Nath Kovind will travel to Kerala on Tuesday for a four-day official visit. According to the official release, the President will be in Kerala from December 21 to 24, where he will participate in a number of events.

The statement stated that on Day 1, Kovind will go to Kasargod to “grace and address the fifth convocation of the Central University of Kerala in Kasargod.”

At the graduation ceremony for 742 students, Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and state local self-government and excise minister MV Govindan will be present.

On December 22, he would travel to Kochi to watch the Southern Naval Command’s operational demonstration and pay a visit to Vikrant Cell at the naval station. Meanwhile, on the third day of his tour, President Ram Nath Kovind will dedicate a statue of PN Panicker in Thiruvananthapuram, the state capital.

In the evening, he would offer prayers at Thiruvananthapuram’s Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple and stay at the Raj Bhavan. The President will return to Delhi on December 24, according to officials.

President Kovind was last spotted at Vice President Venkaiah Naidu’s granddaughter’s wedding event. Other dignitaries who attended the occasion were Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Justice NV Ramana, BJP officials from Andhra Pradesh, and other dignitaries and celebrities.
