Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, and billing-related queries through web-chat and email-based communication tools.
- Contacts can be from customers and shoppers
- Responsible for saving customers from deactivating the subscription of services & respond to other types of inquires
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully by established guidelines
- Responsible for documenting customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
- Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons, and other departments as appropriate

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Exposure:
- Candidates with experience with eCommerce websites are preferred. They should also have good written communication and comprehension skills.
- Outstanding Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
- Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are excellent, and you are a team player.
- Willing to work night shifts (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
