Responsibilities:
- Perform HR-related tasks on the SAP/SuccessFactors platform, including general enquiries, basic leave questions, and transactional requests.
- Business requests for background/drug screening will be managed by a background/drug screening administrator.
- To carry out HR transactions
- Manage calls from employees as well as other HR personnel (Proficient verbal communication skills)
- To receive and respond to emails, as well as to assign tickets — (Proficient writing skills)
- On a daily basis, you must be time efficient and adept of multitasking.
- Assist with new hire orientations and keep track of personnel files.

Basic Qualifications:
- Communication skills and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Dedicated space/furniture to work from home with adequate internet connection
- If required, ability to commute and report to NTT Gurgaon office for short- or long-term working arrangements.
