Educational Qualifications:
- M.E./M.Tech. in a relevant branch of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognised university/institute with a minimum 70% or 7.5 CGPA and a valid GATE score. OR a valid GATE score and a B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognised university / institute with a minimum 70% or 7.5 CGPA.
Age Limit:
- The age limit for the candidates applying for the post of Junior Research Fellow should be less than 27 years.

The Junior Research Fellow selection procedure will consist of shortlisting individuals based on qualifications and inviting them to an interview.
