Juspay is going to hire freshers by Juspay Hiring Challenge that is hosted on D2C (Dare2Compete). The Juspay Hiring Challenge i.e Juspay Think Big with Functional Programming consists of various online assessments and a 2 Day Hackathon. Online Stages –
Juspay Hiring Challenge consists of a total of three rounds that includes the following –
- Online Assessment – MCQs
- The preliminary round will be an MCQ challenge. The participants will have to answer 30 questions in 30 minutes. You’ll see VERIFY/PLAY button in this section if you’ve registered and are accessing the test from Desktop/Laptop. There is a time limit of 1 minute for each question. You won’t be able to see the next question until you attempt or skip the previous one.
- Dates: 05 Mar’22 12:00 PM IST – 05 Mar’22 06:00 PM IST
- Online Assessment
- Registered participants will undergo an online coding challenge where they will be tested on their basic coding skills. Based on their test scores, participants will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.
- You’ll be notified via email regarding the details of the coding challenge.
- The assessment will be of 90 minutes to be taken in one sitting.
- Dates: 09 Mar’22 12:00 PM IST – 09 Mar’22 06:00 PM IST
- Resume Submission
- Shortlisted candidates are required to submit additional information for further process. This step is a must and will happen for all the shortlisted candidates before the final process.
- Dates: To be announced
- 2-Days Hackathon
- Shortlisted participants will then take part in a 2-Days Hackathon. Details for this round will be shared only with the shortlisted students.
Prizes & Rewards:
- The shortlisted candidates will be hired as full time interns for six months (if possible, can be extended to 8-12 months) and will be converted to full time completely on the basis of their performance (work performance).
- Internship stipend will be INR 40,000 per month.
- Full time offered candidates will be compensated with INR 21-27 lakhs per annum.
