Eligibility criteria

  1. Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service) Rules,1966 (enclosed as Annexure–A).
  2. Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety & Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory.
  3. Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.
  4. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any industry / Factory as Welfare Officer/Personnel Officer/HR Executive in HR or Welfare Dept.
