Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming enquiries and provide technical support and ad hoc training to clients who utilise the company’s product.
- Educate customers about the product’s functional capabilities and potential upgrades to ensure that they remain satisfied.
- Assist in the product’s development and enhancement by collecting feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing them with the product manager.
