Ali Fazal, who will be seen in Kenneth Branagh’s film Death On The Nile, released a photo from the film on Instagram. Ali congratulated the film’s crew and praised his co-star Gal Gadot in his Instagram post.
“Death On The Nile, in theatres shortly,” Ali captioned a photo with Gal. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be immortalised as one of Agatha Christie’s characters. Ken, thank you so much. And thanks to the fantastic cast for being such a sports and entertaining bunch to exchange notes and screen time with.”

Gal reacted to the photo by commenting with a heart emoji, which became the most ‘liked’ remark on the post. In less than an hour, her comment received 1,174 likes (and counting).
“Amazing Ali,” remarked actor Siddhanth Kapoor, and actor Dino Morea responded with the raised hands emojis.
Last month, the trailer for Death On The Nile was published. The film is based on Agatha Christie’s novel of the same name, published in 1937. Kenneth’s second adaptation of Agatha Christie’s novel will be Death on the Nile, following the commercially successful 2017 film Murder on the Orient Express.
Kenneth as Hercule Poirot, Tom Bateman, Annette Bening, Russell Brand, Dawn French, and Armie Hammer feature alongside Ali and Gal. On February 11, 2022, the film will be released.
